Part – 1

Audit, Final Acounts:

• Provision for Bad and Doubtful Debts
• Preparation of Final Accounts including Adjustment Entries of Outstanding and prepaid (Income-Expenditure)
• Valuation of Stock, etc.
• Introduction to Audit
• Introduction to Internal Audit
• Comptroller and Auditor General of India.

Basic principles of accountin reparation of Prelimina books of accounts, depreciation:

• Knowledge of journal, ledger, rectification of errors, various depreciation methods etc,

Double Accounting System, Bank Reconciliation statement, General Knowledge of Financial Rules:-

• Double Accounting System
• Knowledge of preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement
• Knowledge of General Financial Rules
• Knowledge of Store Purchase Rules

Use of computer in RTGS, e-banking, budget control:

• Information related to the use of computer

Knowledge of concepts of Computer and Information Technology and Contemporary Technology Development and Innovation in this field

• In this part of the question paper, the candidates will be introduced to Computer and Information Technology, Hardware, Software, Operating System, Spreadsheet, E-mail, Social Networking, E governance, Digital Financial tools and applications, Internet and World Wide Web (WWW), Future Skills and overview of Cyber Security, Elements of Word Processing and technological developments and innovations in Computer and Information Technology (Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Processing, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Internet of Things) Based and questions related to India’s achievements in this field will be asked.

General Information related to the State of Uttar Pradesh

• In this part of the question paper, candidates should have specific knowledge of Uttar Pradesh – History, Culture, Art, Architecture, Festivals, Folk Dance, Literature, Regional Languages, Heritage, Social Customs and _ Tourism, Geographical Landscape and Environment, Natural Resources, Climate Questions will be asked on Soil, Forest, Wildlife, Mines and Minerals, Economy of Uttar Pradesh, Agriculutre, Industry, Business and Employment, Polity and Administration and Contemporary events and achievements of the state of Uttar Pradesh in various fields.

भाग – 1

अंकेक्षण, अंतिम खाताः-

• अशोध्य एवं संदिग्ध ऋणों के लिए प्राविधान, अदत एवं पूर्वगत (आय-व्यय) , स्कंध का मूल्यांकन, इत्यादि की समायोजन प्रविष्टियों सहित अंतिम खाते तैयार करना, लेखा परीक्षा का परिचय, आंतरिक लेखा परीक्षा, नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक भारत संरकार का परिचय I

लेखांकन के आधारभूत सिंद्धांत, प्रारंभिक लेखा पुस्तकों की तैयारी, हासः-

• जर्नल, खाताबही, अशुद्धियों का संशोधन, विभिन्न हास पद्धति आदि की जानकारी।

दोहरा लेखा प्रणाली, बैंक समाधान विवरण, वित्तीय नियमों की सामान्य जानकारीः-

• दोहरा लेखा प्रणाली, बैंक समाधान विवरण तैयार करने की जानकारी, सामान्य वित्तीय नियमों की जानकारी, भण्डार क्रय नियमों की जानकारी।

आर 0 टी0 जी0 एस 0, ई-बैंकिंग, बजट नियंत्रण में कम्प्यूटर का प्रयोगः-

• आर 0 टी0 जी0 एस 0, इन्टरनेट बैंकिंग, बजट नियंत्रण में कम्प्यूटर, आधुनिक इलेक्ट्रानिक एवं संचार तकनीकी के प्रयोग से संबंधित जानकारी।

एडवांस एकाउन्टेंसीः –

• किराया क्रय एवं किस्त भुगतान पद्धति, शाखा एवं विभागीय खाते, दिवालिया खाते, अधिकार शुल्क, बीमा दावों की गणना आदि से संबंधित जानकारी।

टैक्सेशन, अंक गणितः –

• आयकर, जी0 एस 0 टी0, संबंधित जानकारी, अंकगणित से संबंधित प्रश्न।

कम्प्यूटर एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी की अवधारणाओं एवं इस क्षेत्र में समसामयिक प्रौद्योगिकी विकास एवं नवाचार का ज्ञान

• प्रश्न पत्र के इस भाग में उम्मीदवारों से कम्प्यूटर एवं सूचना तकनीकी का परिचय, हार्डवेयर, साफ्टवेयर, ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम, स्प्रेडशीट, ई-मेल, सोशल नेटवर्किंग, ई-गवर्नेंस की जानकारी, डिजिटल वित्तीय उपकरण और अनुप्रयोग, इण्टरनेट एवं वर्ल्ड वाइड वेब ( ५४४७४४४ )का परिचय, भविष्य के कौशल और साइबर सुरक्षा का अवलोकन, वर्ड प्रोसेसिंग के तत्व तथा कम्प्यूटर और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में होने वाले तकनीकी विकास एवं नवाचार (आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेन्स, बिग डेटा प्रोसेसिंग, डीप लर्निंग, मशीन लर्निंग, इण्टरनेट ऑफ थिंग्स) पर आधारित एवं इस क्षेत्र में भारत की उपलब्धियों से संबंधित प्रश्न पूछे जायेंगे।

• प्रश्न पत्र के इस भाग से उम्मीदवारों से उत्तर प्रदेश का विशिष्ट ज्ञान- इतिहास, संस्कृति, कला, वास्तुकला, त्योहार, लोक नृत्य, साहित्य, क्षेत्रीय भाषायें, विरासत, सामाजिक रीति-रिवाज और पर्यटन, भौगोलिक परिदृश्य एवं पर्यावरण, प्राकृतिक संसाधन, जलवायु, मिट्टी, वन, वन्‍्यजीव, खान और खनिज, उत्तर प्रदेश की अर्थव्यवस्था, कृषि, उद्योग, व्यवसाय और रोजगार, राजव्यवस्था एवं प्रशासन तथा समसामयिक घटनाओं एवं विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य की उपलब्धियों पर आधारित प्रश्न पूछे जायेंगे।
