IISER stands for the “Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research”. The primary aim of IISERs is to integrate quality education with cutting-edge research in basic sciences. The government of India established these institutions to promote study and research in the field of basic sciences including Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics.
With the help of the previous year’s question paper, one can strengthen their skills related to the IAT exam. It gives a better understanding of the exam pattern and syllabus. Solving the previous year’s papers helps to track the progress of the preparation.
There were seven IISERs located in different regions of India:
- IISER Pune
- IISER Kolkata
- IISER Mohali
- IISER Bhopal
- IISER Thiruvananthapuram
- IISER Tirupati
- IISER Berhampur
