How to Apply Online

UPPSC uses an OTR (One Time Registration) based system. If you don’t have an OTR number, you must create it first before applying.

  1. Complete OTR and keep your OTR credentials safe.
  2. Open the UPPSC recruitment area and choose the Direct Recruitment advertisement.
  3. Fill the application form carefully (personal + qualification details).
  4. Upload scanned documents (photo/signature/ID, etc.).
  5. Pay the fee online and save the payment slip/receipt.
  6. Submit the final form and take a printout for future use.
