This article provides previously held question papers for the Grade II posts of APPSC. We provide APPSC group 2 previous papers in pdf format below. APPSC stands for Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission which is responsible for conducting the papers for grade 1, grade 2, grade 3 etc. papers for the state government.

- Maximum Age – 42 years (For other posts)
- Maximum Age – 28 years (For Excise Sub-Inspector)
Educational Qualification
- Check the official notification for the recruitment year to get details. It is generally a bachelor’s or master’s degree in which stream is respective to the post.

APPSC Group 2 Computer Assessment Pattern
Part-A: The test is designed to assess candidates through Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), accounting for 20% of the Total Marks.
Part-B: A computer-based assessment test requires candidates to:
- Develop a model document and organize it in a formatted manner. This should include evaluating typing speed, organizing the document, and covering aspects like inserting tables, images/WordArt, mail merge, etc. (25% of Total Marks)
- Evaluate typing speed (25% of Total Marks.) (Mandatory qualification based on existing norms)
- Organize and insert different objects (15% of Total Marks.)
- Prepare an Excel Sheet, fill it with data, and format it. This involves merging/splitting cells, using formulae for cell calculations, applying conditional formatting, and creating different graphs based on the data. (20% of Total Marks.)
- Develop a PowerPoint presentation using standard layouts. Populate different slides with content such as formatted text, images, tables, transition effects, animation, etc. (20% of Total Marks.)
