फ़सल विज्ञान
- फसलों का वर्गीकरण, प्रदेश में उगाई जाने वाली प्रमुख खाद्यान्न, दलहनी, तिल्रहनी, मिलेट्स, रेशेदार. नकदी फसलें, मसालें एवं चारावाली फसलें, फल, फूल एवं सब्जी तथा प्रमुख फसलों की खेती की उत्पादन तकनीक एवं शस्य क्रियाएं।
- फसल कटाई उपरान्त उपज प्रबल्धन।
- फल एवं सब्जी का संरक्षण व प्रोसेसिंग।
- फसल चक्र के सिद्धान्त, फसल प्रणाली एवं खेती के प्रकार यथा-शुष्क कृषि, एकीकृत फसल प्रणाली, बहु फसली, अन्तः फसली, प्राकृतिक खेती. जैविक खेती का महत्व एवं प्रकार, सामाजिक एवं .आर्थिक उपयोग।
