Age
- Minimum Age – 18 years
- Maximum Age – 28 years (For Mathematics and Physics)
- Maximum Age – 30 years (For Mechatronics and Material Science)
Educational Qualifications

| Material Science | Candidates must possess an M.E/MTech./M.Sc. (Engg.) or equivalent postgraduate degree in Materials Engineering/Material Science/Metallurgical Engineering/Metallurgical & Materials Engineering/Polymer Science & Technology, with specialization, scoring at least 60% aggregate or a CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10-point scale, and hold a pre-eligibility of B.E/B.Tech./B.Sc.
